I’ve taken 2 computers here this past year and Ray has worked his magic on both of them. The first one was a very old PC from a Mackie D8B mixing console. The mixer relies on a CPU “brain”. Ray was able to fix this within 1 day. The 2nd involved putting in a new ssd drive (that I had already formatted and cloned) in an iMac. Once again, Ray delivered, and within 2 hours I had my newly improved iMac back in business! I plan on having Ray upgrade my son’s iMac soon.
