Ray was on time personable, and most importantly very good. My office had some networking issues where some computers could not see others. Ray actually came within an hour and got us up and running. I am not bad with computers and actually pretty good but I could not resolve this one on my own. It's his own business so you are not paying bloated charges.

I've taken 2 computers here this past year and Ray has worked his magic on both of them. The first one was a very old PC from a Mackie D8B mixing console. The mixer relies on a CPU "brain". Ray was able to fix this within 1 day. The 2nd involved putting in a new ssd drive (that I had already formatted and cloned) in an iMac. Once again, Ray delivered, and within 2 hours I had my newly improved iMac back in business! I plan on having Ray upgrade my son's iMac soon.
